We're looking to hire a full-time administrative assistant at our fitness studio. Part-time candidates are welcome to apply as well.

We're looking for someone who has done reception work before and is comfortable interacting with people, working in a team, being on the phone, and giving great customer service. The position heavily involves constant interaction with people (in-person, via e-mail/social media, and on the phone).

Individual must be completely bilingual, have confidence and natural sales skills as well have experience/comfort with apps/tech (ex: Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Docs, Social Media, Mac computers, etc.)
*With that said, we'll offer training in any area where training is needed

Familiarity with MindBody and CRM platforms would be ideal (and experience within a gym environment would be a plus, but not necessary)

General overview of some of the tasks:
-Replying to e-mails and inquiries
-Answering and returning phone calls,
-Processing client contracts, renewals, and payments,
-Coordinating appointments, scheduling, and schedule analysis,
-Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports,
-Basic accounting,
-Website maintenance,
-Social media management,
-Dealing with potential client inquiries,
-And more.

Scheduling: Full-time (part time possibilities as well)

Wage: depends on experience
