Canada’s premier English and French language education organization representing its two official languages: English and French is seeking a Part-time executive Administrative Assistant for it's Executive Director in the Ottawa/Gatineau area. Your role will require resourcefulness, problem solving, positive energy and a commitment to getting the job done well and on-time.

This is a part-time (Approx. 15 hours per week) work from home position but candidate would need to meet once every 2-3 weeks. (Usually in Market area of Ottawa).

Manage calendar and scheduling
Expense reports
Travel arrangements
Meeting logistics and minutes
Organize events

Previous administrative experience providing support for upper management
Bilingual - French/English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within our organizational team culture. We are demanding, fun and believe strongly in what we are doing.
