The company provides corporate trust, transfer, and registrar services.
Its corporate trust services include depository and exchange agent, debt trusteeship, project finance and public-private partnerships, subscription receipt, escrow, warrant, and voting and exchange trustee services. I
n addition, the company also offers transfer and registrar services, such as transfer, meeting, corporate actions, investor, disbursement, and printing services; dividend reinvestment plans; and structured products.

The Senior Administrator, Client Management is involved in assisting and supporting relationship managers, securities counter and office administration.

This includes responsibilities of the processing of day to day tasks associated with services provided to transfer agency issuer clients.
The main focus is assisting issuers with their regulatory responsibilities to distribute annual meetings and other related materials to their security holders.
This role also involves interaction with co-workers, relationship managers, vendors, finance and issuers or their agents.

**Candidates will be required to work 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday***

Key Accountabilities:
Assists Client Management in scheduling and preparing and attending Annual meetings
Client Requests, including, preparation of statistical & shareholder reports

General inquiries:
Issued and outstanding shares, audit confirmations and shareholder confirmations and proxy related queries Counter Service, Assisting clients, brokers and CDS, Screening and scanning documents for transfer and co-ordination with head office for printing
General Office Management, Vancouver and Calgary audit confirmations, client requests (capital controls, I&Os, confirmation letters, shareholder reports)
Shareholder Meetings, Building and updating the Vancouver meeting folders and schedule.
Maintain Vancouver meeting calendars
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, answering questions and providing information regarding their share registry, treasuries, mailings, proxy mailings, and meeting set ups etc.
Maintain professionalism and standards in client facing role

Must Have Skills:
Postsecondary Education in a relevant field of study
Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
Minimum 2 years-experience in corporate/commercial or securities industry, preferred
Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
Proficiency in the use of Gmail and the Google Suite (docs, sheets etc.)
Experience with Database Management Nice to Have(s):
Proxy / Transfer Agent experience an asset
