The Role:

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

· Meet with clients to promote our deliver sales presentations

· Gain a strong understanding of our pricing models

· Conduct market calls

· Openly communicate to the VP of Business Development & Construction Coordinator

· Secure temporary & long-term business

· Gather a strong understanding of the client’s needs

· Work closely with co-workers to produce quotes

· Establish long-term relationships

· Respond in a timely fashion to all customer and prospective clients inquiries

· Provide 360 Customer Service; follow-up with clients post project completion

· Use our CRM to document all clients/leads

· Reach monthly goals

· Ongoing demonstration of our commitment to safety


· Minimum of one year of sales experience, two or more is preferred

· Previous work in construction or a strong knowledge base of construction

· Relevant post-secondary education or training is an asset

· Demonstrated sales skills

· Thorough understanding of construction work processes

· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft programs

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

· Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
