This is a contract position working in office and remotely. 1 day a week in a downtown office from 10:30-4:30pm plus approximately 10-15 additional hours throughout the week. Approximately 15-20 hours/week.

Marketing Agency is looking for a Content Manager who can help bring projects, clients and the business to the next level.
Our clients range from Technology to Business to Lifestyle. We help them grow their business, create great content, build awareness and convert clients.
We are looking for someone who is business oriented, not just task oriented.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and implement key client strategies
-Devise and set into action strategic plans regarding content
-Explore and present strategic content ideas
-Manage the client file by keeping all content, ideas and strategies in order
-Manage Client Content Calendar for Social and Web to drive business goals and tell a consistent story across all marketing channels
-Produce all content and effectively manage all social media platforms
-Ensure all deadlines for web, social content and edits are met
-Write and edit blog pieces, Social Media posts, Social Media Ads, E-blasts, Newsletters, Video Scripts and overall website content for various clients
-Manage client Social Media accounts, grow followers and engagement
-Conduct Online Research
-Produce and deliver key evaluations on metrics associated with the effectiveness of online programs
-Oversee design execution with designer
-Assist in developing client proposals
-Necessary administrative tasks
-Other duties as needed
TO LAND IT, YOU MUST:
-Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint (or Numbers and Keynote)
-Have working knowledge with Mailchimp
-Demonstrate the ability to write for web and adapt writing style and voice for various clients
-Hold a University degree in the Marketing field or equivalent
-Be comfortable with business pages for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin
-Understanding of Twitter and how to grow an engaged following
-Have great Time Management Skills
-Have solid analytical skills with creative problem-solving skills
-Be up to date with the latest marketing trends
-Be autonomous and at the same time ability to work collaboratively in a team
-Have an interest in learning is vital
-Must have a laptop!

-Design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/In-Design)
