We are currently seeking a part-time School Partnerships Associate for the Horizon Academic Research Program, an online research program for high school students around the world.
The program manager works remotely and conducts outreach to schools and training centers around North America to set up information sessions and meetings with high school teachers and principals, and also answers inquiries from students and parents about the program by phone and email.
After several months of training and depending on interest and ability, the Associate may be given the opportunity to travel to high schools around the country to deliver information sessions about the program and teach free workshops about academic research.
The position begins as a remote position only, but there is the possibility of full time employment and rapid promotion beginning as early as summer of 2019.
1. Current college student or recent graduate with academic research experience
2. Strong phone and written communication skills.
3. Knowledge or ability to learn how to use the Zoho CRM.
4. Strong time management skills.
5. Ability to work at least 10 hours per week, on average.
