I believe a great content writer chooses there clients wisely so instead of telling you what I need. I am going to tell you where I’m at and why I think we can create massive impact together.

I have a gift for starting businesses rapidly, typically directly after natural disasters. hurricanes, wildfires, floods, etc.

For example:

I have mastered the ability to scale a brand and get operational systems in place quickly. I call it the Rapid Method. This has allowed me to get by with mediocre copy because when peoples homes are 6 feet under water, they don't read, they just call and say take my money!

After being in this space for 6 years, I have seen people at there worst, fought with insurance companies for years and do something that is not providing continued learning but merely just a pay cheque and I don't feel good about it.

In 2013, I was in Calgary after the biggest flood in Canadian history. While restoring homes. I saw people getting sick after moving back into their homes from airborne contaminants. I got deeply interested in air quality, not just after disasters, but in every day life. Mostly how indoor air impacts our health. How to test it, and how to remedy it. People don’t realize, we eat 2-3 pounds of food per day, drink 1-2 litres of water and breathe over 13,000litres of air per day. People think about what they eat, drink and how much they exercise but often neglect the air they breathe. It is my belief that air is the 4th major pillar of health and I am on a mission to spread this message and provide people with education and solutions.

In 2014 I started an air quality testing company that has been going strong for over 4.5 years now. The operation runs very smoothly, we have a solid amount of automations in place, our campaigns convert well and our landing pages do the trick.

In 2016, I was in Fort McMurray after the biggest wildfire in Canadian history. I witnessed countless people on breathing machines (mostly children). Respiratory issues, skin infections and other health abnormalities. We would clean a home, purify the air. The family would move back home but a week later we would get a call… “baby is in the hospital”. We did extensive testing and concluded that no matter how well we cleaned the home, smoke was still present in the outdoor environment and the home would continue to breathe the outdoor air, consistently re-contaminating it. The problem with insurance is, they come do a quick fix and then their job is done. Poor air quality can linger for over 3 years after a fire. A long-term solution was needed.

For the past 2 years I have been working on creating the worlds first smart-air purification system that can purify the entire home. What makes us unique is instead of using standard HEPA filters like everyone else, we customize our filters to specific situations. The air in Bangkok, Toronto and Los Angeles are very different from each other and need to be handled with custom solutions. The one I am most excited about is the air filter specifically designed to combat wildfire smoke.

I am excited to leverage the rapid method but instead of applying it in the services field with restoration, I will apply it to the product space with our testing & filtration.

Okay, enough about me, my company and what we’re trying to achieve.

We have done extensive customer journey mapping and care deeply about understanding our customers and making every decision as empathetically as possible.

We are building an elite team and need a content writer who can produce a steady stream of high quality articles to keep our audience engaged and informed with air quality information.

I need someone who GETS IT, someone who asks great questions and can spearhead our content strategy.

This content with serve as our blog content and also will be part of our email strategy and sent to our highly segmented audience.

Examples of topics we would write about: (we have tons of research to get you started)

- Is your air making you sick?
- Molds affect on health?
- How air quality is affecting your baby?
- 9 ways to improve your indoor air quality.

Ideally once you get a hang of what we do you can come up with your own topics, request graphics from our designer, etc.

This job post will be too long for most and won’t resonate with many. I feel like I am writing this job post to ONE person, who understands where I am coming from and sees the impact we can create together.

Thank you for reading.

Look forward to chatting, have a great day!
