We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team!
Your eager and willing attitude will help drive company success as you perform clerical and administrative duties. We have been in business over 10 years and are a great Team to work with.

This Part-time position has two possibilities:

- Daily: working either 8:00-Noon or Noon-4:00, OR
- Two to Three days a week: working 9:00-4:00


- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Oversee entire process of new-hire application forms
- Assist Administrative Operations Manager with input into Excel and/or QuickBooks
- Prepare reports in Excel or from System generated numbers
- Ensure all documents, spreadsheets, payroll, invoices, etc. are filed in a timely manner
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Keep company calendar up to date with appointments and events
- Order office supplies
- Ensure food is brought in for company staff meetings
- Perform all other office tasks as needed


- Previous experience in an office environment or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exposure or some experience in Quickbooks is a plus
