Customer Service Assistant

We need a dynamic, positive Customer Service Assistant to report to the Team Leader, and work as part of a small, friendly and dynamic sales and Customer Service support team.

This is a company that invests in a dedicated team of professionals and empowers them to deliver the highest quality customer experience by representing our client's products and services that they would expect themselves as customers and consumers.

Customer Service Assistant will be involved in:

-Meeting with potential customers

-Creating a relaxed and fun environment for customers

-Face-to-face sales and customer service

-Handling subsequent sales inquiries

-Living our commitment to providing an incredible service every day

-Cross-selling or upselling where necessary

-Contributing to an awesome working environment and team culture

Candidate Requirements

-Positive, Pro-active, organized and Professional approach with good verbal and written communication and sales skills

-Confident when handling customer inquiries, quotations, and applications

-Comfortable commuting to Toronto area on a daily basis

-Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query

-Excellent communication and listening skills

-A passion for customer service
