We need a dynamic, positive Customer Service Assistant to report to the Team Leader, and work as part of a small, friendly and dynamic sales and Customer Service support team.

Customer Service Assistant will be involved in:
-Meeting with potential customers
-Creating a relaxed and fun environment for customers
-Face-to-face sales and customer service
-Handling subsequent sales inquiries
-Living our commitment to providing an incredible service every day
-Cross-selling or upselling where necessary
-Contributing to an awesome working environment and team culture
-Positive, Pro-active, organized and Professional approach with good verbal and written communication and sales skills
-Confident when handling customer inquiries, quotations, and applications
-Comfortable commuting to Toronto area on a daily basis
-Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
