Since our beginning in 2015, we have served as a bridge to over 50 nonprofit organizations in Puerto Rico.
In three years, we have created a network of over 30,000 donors. In March of 2019, we launched our social enterprise that consists of a social impact coffee, Café Ama, which is ethically grown and freshly packed at source in Puerto Rico by a local family business.
Our office is in the historic neighborhood of Georgetown.
Description: The main responsibility of this role is to provide support to the President and serve as the right-hand advisor. This support will come in a variety of day to day tasks. From serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications to scheduling, organizing, and overall coordination of executive outreach and external relations efforts.

-Has the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
-Has the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
-Is empowered to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
-Is willing to take on additional responsibility for other duties and projects as assigned
-Has flexibility to work beyond normal business hours during peak program planning season
-Is willing to attend occasional evening work related events
-Manage the President’s calendar, travel, expense reports
-Manage Salesforce by adding and updating contacts, opportunities, and organizations
-Supervise volunteers and interns as needed
-Conduct research as needed for organizational needs
-Drafts letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks on behalf of ED
-Manage projects in Asana and serve as a community manager on social media
-Serve as the Office Manager
Education and Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree required
-Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
-Ability to travel inside the U.S. as required
-Prior experience as an administrative assistant is a plus
-Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets) Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
