We are in search for a part-time Finance/Business Manager role combining finance/accounting, business management, office administration and other projects as assigned. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented and eager to take on new challenges.
We are a post production and equipment rental company supporting the still photography and motion industry. Experience and knowledge of the creative and production industry is necessary.

Primary Job Responsibilities

-Monthly and annual reporting/closing

-Insurance - ensuring the company is properly insured

-Cash flow management

-Advising Owner on financial matters via weekly reports

-Budget creation

-Bank Reconciliation

-Accounts Payable/Receivable

-Accounts Receivable Collections Management

-GL Reconciliations

-Coordinating payroll with external firm

-Tax Prep and Coordination with external accountant

-Sales tax preparation and payments

-Setting up financial systems and controls as needed

-Adjusting journal entries

Essential Skills

-Quick Books Online

-Microsoft Excel

-Understanding of income and expense tracking by project

-Financial Statement Creation

Hours: 10-20/week

Compensation: Negotiated based on experience
