We are a post production and equipment rental company supporting the still photography and motion industry. Experience and knowledge of the creative and production industry is necessary.
Primary Job Responsibilities
-Monthly and annual reporting/closing
-Insurance - ensuring the company is properly insured
-Cash flow management
-Advising Owner on financial matters via weekly reports
-Accounts Receivable Collections Management
-Coordinating payroll with external firm
-Tax Prep and Coordination with external accountant
-Sales tax preparation and payments
-Setting up financial systems and controls as needed
-Adjusting journal entries
-Quick Books Online
-Understanding of income and expense tracking by project
