Description
We are looking for both a Full and Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our team!

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for nurturing brand communities and delighting consumers on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor social media platforms daily (including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube) through a social media management tool

· Respond to consumers in a quick timeframe and following Brand guidelines for tone of voice

· Address consumer service issues by posting appropriate responses

· Escalate consumer issues following protocol

· Monitor and track brands’ social media performance and engagement, sharing reports with the team

· Listen to social media audiences to provide team with actionable insights

· Create and nurture relationships with support teams to ensure timely and accurate sharing of knowledge and insights gathered across all touchpoints of the consumer journey

Qualifications:

· Experience & familiarity with leading social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube

· Proven organizational, and analytical skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Some college required, courses in Communication and/or Marketing preferred

· Experience operating computers and the ability to learn new software

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Bilingual – English and French preferred

Training:

· Product training (Understanding of our clients’ range of products, ingredients, application, adverse effects, etc.)

· Systems training (How to use CRM and Social Media Management Tools)

· On-the-job training (Frequently Asked Questions, Job Shadowing, etc.)

· Travel

o May be required to travel for week-long training in US

o Training will be paid and travel expenses covered for US training
