Description
We are seeking an Administrative Manager to join our team!
You will perform administrative functions that align with projects happening throughout the season as well as design and marketing as needed.

This is a part time role which consists of 2-3 days/week (can be flexible with days and times depending on other commitments but will need to be one evening shift 12-8pm)

Please note: Maternity Leave Contract (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

- Administrative duties as needed
- Software specialization - Studio Director - we can train you on this software so knowledge of this is not required but would be considered an asset
- Data entry
- Update website (Squarespace experience an asset)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of basic design and ability to create documents in Canva or Photoshop
- Marketing experience at a basic level
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
