The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and request
Provides executive administrative support.
Provides administrative support to annual budgeting process and financial audits.
Prepares financial reports and presentations for Boards of Directors.
Coordinates agency insurance renewals for various lines of property and liability coverage.
Assists with bond compliance and fund source reporting.
Provide support and/or coverage for Senior Executive Assistant.
Prepare Board packets for distribution to members and committees
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in the sciences a plus; Master’s in public health preferred
At least 1 years’ experience effectively supporting a senior executive in a public health or healthcare setting
Excellent project/time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly/concisely with internal and external people and work well with all levels of management.
