Seeking Agents to provide services for the #1 Chain Home Improvement Retailer of Tools, Appliances, Construction Products, and Services.

Service Type: Customer Service & Sales

Work Commitment: 20-hours per week or more

Weekend Requirements: 5-hours on Sat. and/or Sun.

Schedule Availability: Everyday; 8AM - 12 AM EST

Schedule Structure: Agent Controls Schedule

Certification Availability: 5 Weeks; M-F; 4-hours/day

Pay Rate: $10.25/hour

Position Description: Assisting customers with product questions; Placing new orders; Handling existing orders, returns, replacements; Provide store specific support; Contact vendors for shipping information.


Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be a resident of one of the United States (except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, or WI)
Must be at least 18 years old
