Job Description
- Building and protecting the brand by ensuring that your ‘patch’ of restaurants are dedicated to meeting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness operational standards, food safety standards, and labor laws

- Demonstrating Customer-First Service by consistently observing restaurant operations, troubleshooting shift management, taking on-the-spot corrective actions, being forward-thinking and recognizing successes

- Teaching and coaching restaurant managers and management teams to execute the 9 restaurant systems that produce consistently high levels of QSC Business Results in various ways. This includes (but is not limited to) on-floor coaching, daily and weekly stats updates, holding month-end results meetings as well as attending and presenting at market-wide meetings

- Collaborating with the Operations Manager to develop and execute the annual business plan. Using all information resources available (e.g. Restaurant data, Corporate Brand Standards Visits, Guest Satisfaction Surveys, QCR reports, P&L statements) find opportunities and threats to optimizing restaurant potential and adjusts business plan tactics accordingly

- Consulting and being accountable for cultivating a positive work environment while working shoulder-to-shoulder with restaurant managers and the restaurant leadership team to accomplish business results (increasing customer counts; growing sales and profits). Regularly completing various audits to ensure that restaurants meet standard practices and procedures (e.g., Cash, Security, Food Safety, Health and Safety)

Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in multi-unit leadership in Food and Beverage or related industry (preference given to individuals with our experience or other quick service restaurant with equivalent sales and guest volume)
Excellent project management implementation skills
Strong knowledge of PNL statements including analyzing and controlling food, labour, maintenance, and other related expenditures
Solution-Based and results-orientated leadership style
Experience influencing and getting results through others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including written business reporting, verbal business reporting, creating agendas, and facilitating meetings
Experience with human relations skills such as coaching, performance management and conflict resolution
Must hold valid driver’s license (travel throughout South Vancouver Island is required)
