National IT consulting company, is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to help our client with a large and highly visible redevelopment project. This will involve reviewing and refining Change Strategy and Plans based on Prosci methodology, confirming the change roles and responsibilities for various project sponsors, leads and stakeholders, defining and evaluating framework for project/change outcomes, and providing support and coaching to organizational sponsors and stakeholders. This is a part-time position (approx. 20-25 hours / week).
- Broad knowledge of project management, change program design, developing and managing project communication strategies, organizational readiness assessments, and how change management methodologies integrate with project management
- Experience in health care transformation and/or hospital capital projects is preferred
- Certification in PROSCI methodology is preferred
