Looking for a freelance candidate for part-time bookkeeping(Sage 50) and administration work. - 2 or more years experience. May lead to full-time. Must be trustworthy, honest and work with little or no supervision because the work will be remote during Covid. Candidates that enjoy working with technology and for an information technology company would would welcome this opportunity.

The candidate should have had work experience with full-cycle accounting using Sage 50.
Accounting activities: quotations, invoicing, receivables, payables, payroll, bank reconciliation, PayPal billing, on-line payments, financial statements, closing books.
Government reports: Deduction at source federal and provincial, GST/QST, R4/Releve1, payroll annual summary fed& prov.
Administrative work: office management, electronic filing, coordinating meetings, communication/support with suppliers, clients and staff.
Other activities: we welcome any initiative where the candidate wishes to get involved with any and all parts of our business.
