DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a candidate with a background in Customer Service & Sales & Admin. We are seeking candidates that are passionate, outgoing and amazing at customer service! This is a part-time role, 15-20 hours per month. Work can be done remotely from home.

- Create outlook group emails - email out new product launches and promotions. Follow-up with customer service phone calls.
- Organize, track and manage customer leads and orders in excel
- Complete and fill out new item vendor forms and promotional forms for various retailers
- Processing orders in Simply
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Promote new products/services to existing customers via email blasts and telephone sales
- Help identify new sales opportunities
- Organize and track calendar reviews with various retailers and category buyers
- Help with administrative tasks with distributors, accounts etc.
- Help secure and organize meetings and travel

Excellent customer service and telephone sales is mandatory! Must have a can-do, solution-oriented and positive attitude!
Strong organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented and good with data entry.
High competency in outlook, group mail lists, word, power point and excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

An understanding of sales principles and the grocery industry is a bonus.
