Description
Seeking a Paid Search Specialist to play a hands on role for our paid search and display advertising campaigns.
Seeing every campaign from start to finish. This includes organizing, launching and optimizing campaigns as well as monitoring and evaluating campaign performance. You will be in charge of creating Pay Per Click campaigns on the appropriate venues to increase traffic, generate leads, and grow revenue.
Candidate must live in Montreal for occasional meetings as needed.
This is an ongoing flexible need. A few hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Strategy, set-up, and execution of all PPC campaigns on multiple ad platforms.
Work with analytics
Create compelling ad copy.
Map and test audience segmentation.
Campaign optimization towards KPI’s: increasing revenue, increasing leads, or lowering the cost per acquisition
Campaign reporting
Budget management & reallocation
Reporting insights, analysis and recommendations

Qualifications

3+ years of executing paid campaigns in house or an agency role.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
Up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing.
Strong data analysis capabilities, specifically in A/B testing and ROI analysis
Demonstrated success.
Resourceful, proactive, and a creative problem solver
