We are looking for an organized and experience office administrator to help our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

-Coordinate and be the main point person for our bookkeeping team
- track all payments and run QuickBook reports

- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees
- facilitate the management of our remote workforce
- help set-up our HR system and help build our employee policies and handbook

- Support the executive team
- coordinate with investors

- Help manage our social media presence
- Help coordinate our email marketing strategy leveraging MailChimp

Experience You’ll Bring:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

Strong problem-solving abilities, strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results-oriented)

Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
