About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Director, you will have the exciting opportunity to help scale our business and shape the future of an emerging technology. Our team is looking for a seasoned high caliber sales executive, with proven experience managing Fortune 500, top tiered tech company accounts. Interest and experience in both SaaS as well as emerging technology is an asset.

You Will:

-

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

-

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

-

Coordinate closely with implementation and professional services organizations to ensure efficient transition from prospect to customer and accelerate revenue generation.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

-

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Provide leadership to the sales organization and company overall, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.

Optimize sales processes and ensure consistent execution.

Additional requirements:

-

Minimum of 5 years sales management experience at a Fortune 500 company (consideration will be given to Fortune 1000 companies). We are really seeking someone from a large recognized organization.

Experience in scaling consumer channel sales coverage models, diverse and high performing sales teams, training programs, and sales programs that exponentially increase ability to deliver results.

Building and managing a sales team and being a leader within the organization. Potential opportunity to bring an Account Executive you have been successful with in the past.

A track record of success as a sales leader who can successfully negotiate contracts with six and seven figure annual recurring revenue with large corporate customers - such as Fortune 500 companies and/or top tiered technology companies.

Familiarity with CRM, we use Hubspot
