Our team is GROWING again and is always on the lookout for exceptional talent. We have an opportunity for a results-oriented, Sales and Design professional who is driven by excellence in design and a desire to provide the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

· Present, promote and sell our solution for basement/bathroom renovations following a preset sales process

· Design, create and optimize 3D concept layouts in Google Sketch Up for renovation projects, based on customer wish lists, wants and needs

· Create itemized quotes based on the designs usingour pricing templates

· Follow up with customers to ensure all questions are being answered, to advance the process and to ensure a seamless execution after point of sale

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Work with customers to select all interior finishes, features and accurately capture all materials on internal documents

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

· Keep internal CRM system up to date on sales activities.

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· A passion for interior design, that you display on a virtual platform

· Experience with home design or room design an asset

· Experience with interior finish selection, upgrade sales an asset

· Highly motivated and target driven

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Proficient with Google sketch up

· Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive relationships

· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
