Job Description


We’re looking for a high-energy, results-oriented professional to lead strategic partnerships and growts. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing on strategic partnerships leading to the development of business opportunities, building brand equity/ visibility and support talent placement and acquisition strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and recommend strategic partnership opportunities to drive TaaS sales

Establish, grow, and manage existing and new strategic initiatives aimed at generating revenues and drive value to the company.

Offer strategic advice, thought leadership, and day-to-day management in order to grow the business.

Develop forecast and track revenue from clients, partners and strategic initiatives.

-

Create a scalable process for communicating and engaging with partners and clients.

-

Represent the company at partner meetings and act as a company spokesperson.

Develop program proposals and strategy presentations.

Requirements

-

Work experience in Business Development / Partnerships, either with professional services, corporate IT / Contingent Workforce / MSP / VMS.

Highly desirable startup / scale-up experience.

-

Highly proactive and entrepreneurial attitude who can combine strategy development with scrappy startup execution.

Ability to manage complex projects and drive partnership opportunities that impact the company’s growth.

-

Operate with a high level of autonomy with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.

-

Outstanding business communications skills.

-

Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

-

Native English speaker or fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
