Our branding marketing company now is hiring for Customer Service Representatives

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Enjoy working in both a team and independently
Can meet tight deadlines as well as handle multiple tasks
Great work ethic
Communicate with clients and resolve issues as needed
Provide account services to consumers
Generate long-term leads through personable interactions
Understand product knowledge and be able to provide extensive support
Maintain client books and ensure everything is remaining organized
Attend staff meetings and/or meetings with clients
Strengthen relationships with current consumers, as well as assist with new acquisitions
