Job purpose

Bring your technical knowledge, skills, and personality to manage our main strategic accounts. From scope definition to on-boarding and gathering client requirements. You will evaluate the different stages of the projects and intervenes from the design stage to the final delivery. Manage and execute several projects and rigorously follow the timetable to ensure client satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

·Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the client once an order is placed.

·Provide guidance, support and training, professionally addressing client's needs and resolving areas of concerns

·Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, according to client needs and objectives

·Act as a client manager for the client, by performing the following actions:

·Managing long term road map of the client's projects

·Working closely with the client (PM) through planned regular meetings to update and maintain project objectives, schedules, budgets and quality assurance processes while controlling scope, time, cost, quality and risk

·Managing, facilitating and tracking the execution of service deliverable as per the client contract while identifying risks/delays and providing solutions

·Maintaining clear records of decisions/minutes of meetings in an organized manner

·Act as a project owner for the client by performing following actions:

·Maintaining knowledge of the product through continuous training to assist with the client's questions/requests

·Leading requirements gathering efforts with client to create features/tickets.

·Lead and execute client rollouts.

·Work in partnership with engineering and production teams to identify project scope, gaps, and limitations (Manage internal relationships with other departments)

·Work with project coordinator to have all administrative work complete in order to ship , invoice and or resolve outstanding client issues

·Documenting process improvements, best practices, guidelines and new project workflows

·Manages multiple projects and ensures strict adherence to critical path

·Communicates and elevates client concerns in a timely manner to management.

·Prepares project reports for management operations meetings

·Be a catalyst for continuous service improvement both internally and with clients

·Handles ad-hoc inquiries, other client requests and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

·Experience working as a client relationship manager, as a project manager, or similar role

·Bachelor's in related field, or equivalent experience

·Knowledge of the POP/Retail/Fixture/Digital Media (Signage), an asset.

·Able to read, understand and work with basic technical information and drawings

·Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

·Organizational skills and ability to work independently

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skils

·Solid leadership and ability to drive initiatives cross-functionally

·Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·Fluent in English and French
