Job Description
This Position is the Glue that holds the team together, on any given day you will be in charge of running the office, answering the phone, and being the first point of contact for customers and Contractors alike. You will be heavily involved in entering information into the financial accounting software, providing administrative support to management and our construction projects. This could include creating advanced excel sheets, requesting quotes from contractors, taking meeting minutes for management meetings, ordering office supplies, and creating homeowners surveys.
