We have an amazing in-house marketing team who gets us high volumes of qualified leads every week. From there, our dedicated Sales Representatives/Agents take it forward by doing in-house/office meetings with the potential clients.
The Agent’s role starts with meeting the clients, booking property meetings and ends with contract signing.
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
Job Duties
- Diligent work required on the leads provided by the company where you will present tailored property options and will bring your clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on investment strategies, minimize tax, reduce debt, and market cycles
- Develop rapport and get to know the client and finding out about their goals and vision for the future
- Book appointment at the sales center with the client and take client for site visit
- Meet monthly business target
- Mandatory to use company provided email for all the email exchanges with the clients or builders/its representatives
- You will be responsible for relationship management, assisting your clients through the decision-making process, and follow up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post sales
Eligibility Criteria
- Active RECO license or completed all levels of OREA exams (License should be transferred to Square Yards or applied for RECO license at the time of Joining)
- You must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle and a current valid drivers' license
- Minimum sales experience between 0-2 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mandatory 5 days work week
