Job Description

At our renovation company the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing each project from start to finish in a timely fashion and within budget. They designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project. We are looking for a hardworking individual who is excited about working for a growing company with a focus on quality and customer service and that can help us work as a team to achieve our project plans.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
- Delegate duties and responsibilities among crew members
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and any key team members involved in the project
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for the project
- Determine and allocate resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout each project
- Ensure quantity take-offs are accurate
- Evaluate risks and resolve any issues that may arise
- Schedule online inspections
- Update and maintain BuilderTrend schedule
- Ensure all deadlines are met according to BuilderTrend schedule
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
- Prepare/review progress logs regarding job status
- Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress logs daily
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
- Communicate daily check-ins with all crew members to ensure all required materials and equipment are on site
- Prepare written and finalized change orders which are to be communicated and sent to Operations Manager

Requirements:

- Must have strong knowledge of residential construction, custom renovations
- Must have the ability to read and understand drawings
- Must have experience in a leadership role
- Must have a G drivers license
- Experience using BuilderTrend
