Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Administrative/Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Operations Responsibilities:

- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations
- Ensure Office Supplies are always stocked
- Support Team
- Prepare Agent Meetings
- Organize Files
- Data Input
- CRM Contact Management
- Sales Calls and Deal Follow Up
- Create Forms and Templates
- Email and Phone message management
- General Office Cleanliness/organization
- Inter-Office/employee communication
- External Marketing

Qualifications:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) ***NOTE: Other CRM Training Considered** If you do not have Dynamics Training, then indicate which CRM Platform you have Trained in. )
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certification(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint,)
- Work Experience Minimum: 5 Years of minimum work experience as Office Manager
- Education: College or University (Business or Management Degrees or Certificates)
- Industry Experience: Industry Backgrounds considered: Legal, Mortgage. Real Estate, Leasing/Banking, Human Resources, Customer Service Management)
- Mailing Campaign Advertising & Marketing experience
- Creating Company Policy and Protocol
- Business Writing Skills
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Previous Admin Experience - Real Estate, Mortgages, Lending
- Polished and professional demeanor and presentation
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive as part of a team or independently
- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong Computer Literacy
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and hard-working

- Stratus MLS Experience
- Proficient with researching Public Documents and Contract Reading
