Bilingual (French/English) Customer Sales Representatives

As an independent contractor it is your job to:

• Provide the computer • Headset • As well as the internet connection (must have wired internet available).

As a contracted home agent, you are considered self-employed and therefore responsible to report all earnings to Revenue Canada as we do not take any payroll deductions.

Overview:

Work from your own home on behalf of one of Canada’s leading restaurant companies as a Contracted Customer Sales Representative. As a Contracted Customer Sales Representative, you would be responsible for processing inbound calls via computer from our guests that are interested in placing orders for either pick up or delivery. There is absolutely no telemarketing involved.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% guest services satisfaction. • Continuously build credibility and trust. • Ensures the highest level of service provided to guests. • Responsible to make your own schedule which will include evenings and weekend evenings. Daytime shifts are also available.

Requirements:

• Computer (Windows 7,8 or 10) • High Speed Internet (You must be plugged into a modem, no wireless!) • USB Headset • You must be willing to work weekends and evenings. There are some shifts available during the day for the lunch rush. You must be able to work a minimum to 15 hours per week. We ask that you work a minimum of 3 evening shifts per week and a minimum of 3 hours per shift.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Good communication skills English- both written and verbal. • Evening and Weekend availability a requirement
