Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, experienced, enthusiastic mortgage administrator who will be involved in all aspects of the mortgage funding and administrative process.
The candidate will have excellent customer services and communication skills as there are a wide range of duties involved in this position. The candidate will also be supporting some administrative functions of the investor process. The following is a brief description of some of the functions of this position:

All aspects of the mortgage administration process from funding to post closing activities

Ensuring all mortgage documents are properly vetted for accuracy and compliant with policies

Working with a range of external partners and the company's client base

Maintaining and updating all new and existing client files

Extensive use of all Microsoft products for reporting and day to day functions

Monthly reporting and reconciliation of payments (i.e. paid out, renewed, newly funded)

Preparing communications with a variety of customers and service providers
