Our Real Estate Service is looking for a passionate and experienced Real Estate Assistant to support their growing business. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, resourceful, and ready to deliver top notch administrative support.

The Role:

The Real Estate Assistant will report directly to CEO and support him and the business for all administrative needs including client care, listing management, data entry and more. To be successful as a Real Estate Assistant you should be highly organized and socially confident. An outstanding Real Estate Assistant should be able to keep the business running smoothly and enable the sales agent to perform efficiently.

What you will do in more detail:

Support listing management by corresponding with different vendors and contractors

Arrange and deliver marketing materials to listing

-

Provide high level of client care and manage correspondence

Manage client database (experience with Top Producer is an asset)

Book showings and prepare for showing assistant

-

Manage lead realtors schedule

-

Pay bills and send invoices

-

Manage sub-corporations with direction from the lead realtor

-

Prepare paperwork for lead realtor

-

Own and execute listing or buying checklist for each client

-

Prepare Listing Presentation package

-

Prepare reports and documents for lead realtor

-

Manage social media accounts

-

Maintain electronic filing system

-

Maintain quickbooks expenses

-

Assist with closing procedures

-

Perform other professional duties as assigned

What you have done to get here:

-

Worked in the real estate industry an asset

-

Recently licensed or in the process of completing real estate license an asset

-

Strong Administrative Assistant experience

-

Supporting an individual or a small team

-

Tech savvy and social media savvy

-

Minimum 3 years experience

-

Minimum High School Education

-

University or College education preferred

-

Strong attention to detail

-

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
