Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team! Our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service has allowed us to build a thriving repeat and referral business. - Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- CRM Management – updates, manage data integrity, distribute daily prospecting and past client follow-up lists
- Client appreciation event coordination and execution
- Proactive client care, including client follow-up such as data and document collection, showings report, closing details
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Maintain all current office forms, systems and files
- Responsible for coordinating activities related to listings activation and listing maintenance including ordering signs and lockboxes
- All administration of listings and purchases – including loading transaction details and collecting all required documentation
- Social Media & Email Marketing
- Marketing coordination including: Newsletters
o Emails
o Ongoing contact with past clients o Flyers/Just Listed/Just Sold
o Website updates
o Calendars
o Gifts and promotions
o Advertising


- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management capabilities
- Accurate data entry and reporting skills
- Ability to work very well under pressure
- Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
- Basic Graphic Design knowledge is not required, but would be an asset
- Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
- Access to your own vehicle is not required but would be an asset
