Job Description

We are seeking a technically knowledgeable and analytical service-oriented individual to join our dedicated, passionate and accomplished team of electronic hardware sales and account management professionals. You will be part of a large, fast-paced and growing company. Our global footprint and strong market presence make us a service and technical leader in our industry. You will be the bridge between sales and production readiness with primary responsibility for customer success and growth with our networking appliances, intelligent edge, and AI analytics hardware, built in our production facilities worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Maintain strong and productive partnership with key accounts at the highest levels of customer service standards

- Manage customer requirements, track and share details with Taiwan-based program management team

- Relay customer updates, engineering requirements, and future needs to engineering and production facilities

- Be the point of contact for a diverse range of customers, ensuring communications, project and production schedules are accurate

- Liaise with product management in Taiwan to coordinate OEM/ODM programs

- Track and manage communication of ECNs/DCNs while coordinating with internal teams

- Achieve project timelines and cost savings initiatives

- Gather and maintain records of customer product details, while encouraging transitions to next generation product that aligns with customer needs and exceeds customer expectations at every step of the process

- Work with engineering to provide regular customer roadmap presentations, and product updates

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

- 5+ years in leadership role of Account Manager with customer facing responsibilities

- University Degree in Business, Engineering or related field

- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to close and engage on client contracts

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts

- Experience with system integration, deploying computing hardware

- Basic knowledge in the demands of hardware network solutions equipment

- Understanding of computing hardware use cases such as network security, WAN optimization, video surveillance, IoT, vehicle computer, SD-WAN, rugged computers, AI integration, and industrial automation

- Effective time management skills to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently and collaborate with others

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- Detail-oriented with an ability to carefully review work

- Professional demeanor and a willingness to take initiative
