Job Title: Sales Associate – Real Estate Development Industry

About the Role:

Our company is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team as we grow with Our Group. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Operations, the responsibilities would include selling pre-sale homes in Vancouver, calling database registrants and managing appointments.

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven and organized and is open to learning and growing with us. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in the real estate industry and has the desire to work in the exciting field of pre-sale development with a developer selling multi-family pre-sale passive homes. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Strong Sales, negotiation and closing skills

· Positive attitude, highly motivated and driven to execute on sales opportunities

· Strong work ethic and trustworthy

· Ability to build relationships with potential buyers

· A strong and supportive team player

· Detail oriented with contract writing

· Dedicated to managing our client database through consistency by entering all notes and relevant information, calling new registrants and following up with prospective buyers

· Assisting with maintenance, cleanliness and organization of the presentation Centre

· Answering the phone and providing answers to all questions that potential buyers may have

· Managing database registrants by calling and emailing.

· Providing the highest level of customer service to all visitors in person and on the phone.

· Providing an outstanding experience to every potential buyer visiting the presentation center

Attributes and Skills:

· A real estate license and a passion for real estate

· Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Notion and Sharepoint.

· Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal and both oral and written communication skills

· Experience in real estate sales and the pre-sale industry

· Attention to accuracy and detail to ensure high quality in contract writing

· Candidate should be self-motivated and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment

· Ability to work with confidential information and maintain high standards of ethical conduct.

· Previous work experience in providing outstanding customer service

· Experience using a CRM System (Spark, Lasso or Salesforce)

· An advanced understanding of the Metro Vancouver residential Market
