Compensation: Dependent upon experience

Location: Montreal (preference) or anywhere in Canada or the USA

Anticipated Start Date: August 2021

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Coordinator will assist with all aspects of PLUS1 programming including organizing new tour opportunities, monitoring the Funds, and assistance with our Virtual Salons. The Operations Coordinator will also assist with setting up and maintaining new internal and external operational processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination of our programs, including:

-

Data entry for all new opportunities

-

Assistance with research and data collection for new opportunities

-

Tracking, reminders, and progress updates for all upcoming and ongoing projects

-

Monitoring follow-up schedules for the CEO and Direction of Operations

-

Assistance setting up and running Salons

-

Assistance coordinating the settlement and granting program

-

Assistance checking for charity compliance on all partner platforms

-

Weekly emails to keep the team aware of program progress

-

Assistance with the creation of Impact Reports at the conclusion of all our partnerships

-

Assistance with on-going reporting including quarterly reports, annual reports, and board reports

-

Internal operational support including:

-

Assistance creating and maintaining new internal processes for help us run more efficiently and effectively

-

Coordination of all PLUS1 platforms including Salesforce, Google Drive, and digital fundraising accounts

-

Assistance booking meetings for our staff

-

Note taking at team meetings

-

On-going updates and clean-up of the Shared Drive

-

Supporting the CEO and Director of Operations with any additional and ad-hoc projects.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

-

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a project coordination, program coordination, operations coordination, or other related role.

-

Experience with CRM Tools (preferably Salesforce), Google applications, and Microsoft Suites

-

Experience with virtual fundraising tools

-

Strong organizational and time management skills

-

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

-

Knowledge of the music industry, ticket sale processes, and tour structures is an asset

-

Knowledge of charity compliance requirements in Canada and/or the USA is an asset
