Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for our growing Technology Solutions team. Driving business excellence, we´re a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Our Technology Solutions team works with clients to translate technology issues and opportunities into meaningful results that meet organizational needs.

Performance Expectations

The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to answer live calls that come in to us from our client base while adhering to service level standards. The Customer Service Representative will work with clients to triage urgency and determine the required services before following defined procedures that best address their needs.

Duties will include:

- Act as the first point of contact for fielding technical support inquiries and resolving customer issues via telephone
- Respond promptly to customer calls
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate troubleshooting
- Keep users informed about their escalations/incident’s status at agreed interval
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service at all levels
- Assist customers by utilizing ticketing system to track incidents and service requests
- Identify and escalate high priority issues the Technical Support Department

- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer literacy skills
- Experience working in a team environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Handling 30-50 Technical calls per day
- High School Diploma required, relevant certification or post-secondary diploma preferred
- Strong understanding of Windows 7/8/10 Operating Systems
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong documentation abilities
- Effective time management and organization
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
