Job Description


Motivated individual to support our Project Managers and assist with daily office functions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Effectively communicate with property owners/ managers/ tenants, subcontractors and insurance adjusters

- Address questions/ concerns throughout the project

- Be aware of all aspects of the scopes of work to effectively schedule subtrades and in-house staff

- Organize, compile and submit documentation on completion of project

- Be capable of short term coverage for the project in the event of Project Manager vacations/ absence

- Provide excellent customer service

- Communicate project schedules to trades and clients

- Coordinate multiple subtrades for various projects

- Track, organize and file project information

- Support outstanding receivables

- Assist with reception relief and other office duties as needed


- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Office programs and photo software

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Construction knowledge and/or experience is an asset

- Excellent telephone etiquette and manners

- Familiar with using Symbility and/or Xactimate software is preferred

- Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality

- Must have a vehicle and valid drivers licence

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
