Description
Looking for a smart, energetic, great attitude, PHONE Representative to assist with on-boarding new clients who sign up for our Software Platform and Network.

The job hours are Monday - Thursday 10am - 7pm EST and Friday 10-3pm EST [hours on Friday may vary depending on the time of the year].

You will be working with our CRM, Calendly app, Office365 and will be calling our new signups [who requested to be contacted at a scheduled date and time] for their on-boarding and or training calls.

You will be having a phone and VIDEO Conferencing [via Zoom and or Skype] call with them for their scheduled session. The goal is to give them "a warm, energetic and friendly welcome" to our company, learn about them and their business, review their info in our system, to make sure we have the right information, find out what their needs and goals are and mark/Tag them in our system with proper notes, summary and interaction with them.

You will then need to send them emails [mostly from templates in our system] and follow up depending on the conversation and their requests for products and needs.

You will be working in coordination with your Team Manager, Billing Department and Tech Team on a regular basis.

6. Are a "REAL PEOPLES PERSON" and are comfortable with Voice and Video conference calling!
7. Have experience with and or "a quick learner" with Technology and Software
Experience with: Google Docs, Excel, Slack, Skype, HasOffers, Cake, InfusionSoft or other CRMs a big plus!
8. HAVE AT LEAST 2YRS Experience working with USA style Call Center and Clientele
