Job Description

Our Financial Group is currently sourcing for a Assistant Manager position. This individual will be working in a collaborative, professional, and friendly environment with a lot of different groups. There are weekly team meetings and one-on-ones for support. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the opportunity with interest in growing their portfolio and seizing opportunities. They are a creative individual with marketing and design experience and will be supporting the enterprise!

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• External Partner Relationship Management: Planning, development and execution of contractual assets; Detailed tracking of all deliverables/approvals
• Onsite Event Management: Onsite activation management including set up/tear down of signage and overseeing program delivery and hospitality (will be required to work evenings and weekends)
• Communication: Responsible for execution of communications strategy; individual will work with both internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to, customers, executives, operational departments, vendors and partners; Candidate should be comfortable and adept at both verbal and written communications
• Tracking/Reporting: Ability to accurately track various metrics, report findings, develop summary to be presented to a breadth of audiences; creation of post-event report by property, as well as year-end portfolio view

Qualifications

Project management, events, sponsorship industry experience: 1 year (Desired)Basic knowledge of the financial sector and the FI landscape: 1 year (Desired)Experience in customer service and problem-solving: 3 years (Required)Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT: 3 years (Required)Contract negotiation experience : 3 years (Required)

University degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
