Job Description

Our Financial Group is currently sourcing for a Talent Acquisition Analyst position.

Recruitment Operations & Governance Team manages end-to-end process for recruitment. This role is a part of the recruitment and support team that manages general inquiries from recruiters about our process, policies, and procedures. In addition, supporting Workday specific questions.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions including all work related to sourcing & recruiting of employees to meet specific business group objectives
• Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions
• Works acrossour group to deliver specific operational program activities & results
• Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience
• Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs
• Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions
• Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions
• Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards
• Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations
• Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues
• Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions
• Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making
• Focus may be on a business/group
• Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions
• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules
• Works mostly independently
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
