Job Description

Our Financial Group is currently sourcing for a Intermediate Project Manager position

Very collaborative as selected candidate will manage the banks Enterprise-Wide Stress Test integrated work plan and liaise with ~ 80 individual stakeholders across multiple functional groups including Financial Performance Management, Operating Group Finance, Treasury, Capital, Risk stripes, Tax, Pension, Economics, Chief Accountant's Group, CCAR PMO.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Plan and schedule the enterprise-wide stress test milestones
• Prepare and manage an end-to-end enterprise stress testing project plan that integrates multiple workstreams and process interdependencies to ensure on time delivery of the exercise
• Partner with stakeholders in development of functional group project timelines / deliverables
• Track project milestones and individual stakeholder deliverables and report on integrated delivery
• Ensure program risks, issues and interdependencies are identified, quantified and managed. Establish and maintain an issues resolution and escalation process
• Facilitate creation of standardized reporting templates to ensure efficient project execution
• Coordinate and facilitate working group meetings, including preparation of minutes and / or action items, to ensure appropriate engagement of stakeholders
• Develop and support creation of communication materials for executive reporting; prepare meeting minutes as required
• Ensure project artifacts are appropriately archived
• Build effective relationships with matrix partners in order to obtain a high level of cooperation and contribution from all project stakeholders
• Administer and maintain Sharepoint site; leverage Teams collaboration functionality
• Documenting meeting minutes and actions

Qualifications
