Your energetic, self-motivated approach, passion for customer service, and expert-level interpersonal skills allow you to effectively articulate and customize value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to develop key relationships. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you effectively manage all the sales operations within the organization.

Highlights of What You’ll Do

- Successfully handle 200+ deals seamlessly mid-funnel; maintain a full pipeline
- Prospect, contact, and close leads while recognizing growth opportunities for future successful partnerships
- Act as the primary focal point of contact between WPIC and the customer for onboarding, ongoing communication, and strategic planning
- Identify and road-map solutions to achieving increased success for clients
- Continually educate customers of the entire WPIC offering and new developments
- Articulate and customize WPIC’s value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest; develop key relationships
- Support the Business Development team with lead qualification and deal closing
- Produce sales materials, such as pitch decks, to support the sales process
- Create and implement scalable processes to streamline recurring activities
- Manage client’s expectations, scope of work, and work packages through to end completion
- Manage internal, external, and geographically dispersed resources to meet deadlines
- Achieve or exceed the monthly contract and sales lead goals
- Be knowledgeable of the sales funnel on a daily basis

What You’ll Bring Along

Must-Haves:

- 3+ years of previous experience in closing or lead generation and/or business development in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead teams to exceed targets and objectives
- Exceptional leadership skills, including: training and development, coaching, mentoring, providing feedback
- Familiar with sales technology and CRM (Hubspot); Microsoft365, especially Teams and Outlook; Mac iOS
- Ability to communicate with culturally diverse teams and clients
- Demonstrated selling methodology
- Proven ability to manage internal, external, and geographically dispersed resources
- Aptitude for digital tool adoption and process building to enhance efficiency
- Outstanding ability to communicate confidently in a client-facing environment, verbally and in writing; exceptional presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to self-manage
- Team player; highly flexible as the organization grows

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience managing programs in eCommerce, SaaS, and/or cloud solutions is an asset
- Advanced degree in related discipline is an asset
- Agency or professional services experience is an asset
