We are looking for a bright and self-motivated individual to step into a part-time Executive Assistant/Recruiting position. As a member of our administrative team, you’ll provide support to our management, sales and recruiting teams. We build and train sales teams for our clients, so we need someone who can be a part of the driving force of our growth and daily operations.

About the Role:

Greet potential candidates and being the first point of contact at the front desk

-

Assist with recruiting operations, support the sales and management team

-

Screen and source resumes

-

Manage scheduling, calendars and correspondence

-

Operations administration, filing, data entry and management (MS Excel or Google Sheets)

Office Manager (manage all office operations)

Must be flexible with schedule and able to complete tasks

Intermediate/advanced competency with macOS, Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs

Available to participate in extracurricular team events (Thursday evenings)
