Job Description

The Publicity & Events Coordinator will manage internal and external marketing, PR and event efforts. The right candidate must utilize a wide range of skills including: project management, time-management, goal-setting and administrative support.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to take their PR career to the next level.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage outreach campaigns promoting our talent roster

-

Draft pitches for outreach campaigns

-

Research, compile and add new contacts to PR database

-

Coordinate logistics for events, tours and campaigns

-

Manage primary agency inboxes for email and social media

-

Maintain email lists for internal and external communications

-

Implement new contacts in CRM and manage touch points with previous contacts

-

Maintain records of press coverage

-

Organize large volumes of information in digital files

What We Are Looking For:

-

2+ years of experience in a marketing/events role, or related role

-

Diploma and/or degree in marketing, communications, business or related field

-

Previous experience coordinating events and/or marketing campaigns

-

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

-

A “hustle mindset”—someone who is resourceful, dedicated and committed to always delivering above expectations

-

A highly detail-oriented individual with superb organizational skills

-

A problem-solver mentality that operates well under pressure and deadlines

-

High level of proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.)

-

Experience producing effective and engaging content for web, social media, blogs, email marketing, and/or other digital marketing

-

Experience with Canva is a plus

-

Experience with a CRM software is a plus

-

Experience with Wordpress is a plus

-

Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and how to optimize content is beneficial
