Looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently looking for an experienced Credit & Collections Manager reporting into the Director of Finance. This is a part-time position working in a hybrid environment where the candidate may work from home, reporting into the Toronto and/or Burlington office.


· Collects and maintains accurate credit information for all files

· Reporting on collection activity

· Reviews and identifies overdue accounts; help to solve billing problems and questions

· Contact customers to request payment and follow up of open and past due balances

· Credit monitoring and maintenance

· Performing account/payment reconciliations

· Work with Project Managers and others to identify and solve potential issues

Is this the right role for you?

· 2-3 years’ experience with credit collection required

· Excellent customer service skills

· Effective communication (verbal and written)

· Detail oriented and problem-solving skills

· Strong computer skills; High proficiency in MS office

· Experience within the construction industry, considered an asset
