Our company, leading manufacturer of indoor pool and grow room dehumidifiers in North America, is seeking a Parts Sales Associate at our Montreal, QC location.

Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to serve Customers with their requests for spare parts replacement. The job consists of providing quick response to Customers, process Customer’s orders and be Customer’s preferred point of contact for spare parts to ensure their full satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities


- Respond to Customer’s requests, coming from either emails or phone calls
- Find the proper spare parts to fulfill Customer’s need
- Take ownership of Customer’s orders from quoting to shipping
- Prepare and send the quote
- Receive the Customer order
- Ensure spare parts are in stock
- Keep a continuous communication with Customers until their orders ship out
- Coordinate with all relevant department (Purchasing, Stockroom, Shipping, Invoicing…) to ensure full Customer satisfaction

- Process orders using our service management software
- Process orders in a timely and efficient manner and maintain zero backlog of unresolved requests


- Promote sales of HVAC replacement parts and aftermarket products to different levels of customers
- Identify additional sales opportunities among replacement parts sales and other aftermarket products


· Establish and foster good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous support for all customers and potential customers on every phone call

- Develop solutions to customer needs by providing initial limited technical support, answering product and service questions, warranty inquiries, and all parts-related customer complaints


· Assisting in inventory selection and management and ensuring that the company is current with sales trends

· Keep track of Actual Sales vs. Forecasted Sales and provide detailed reports to senior management monthly

Education and Experience Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or High School Diploma with additional experience

· Technical background through education or work experience is a MUST!

· 1 plus years of experience related to HVAC / manufacturing industry

· Technical knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration products

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required

· Experience working with Sales Representatives, Contractors and End Users is preferred

· Experience working with FieldPoint Service Application is preferred but not required
