Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Supervising and scheduling our team of assigned contractors, suppliers, vendors, Trades etc.
- Manages quality control while maintaining a safe work environment for our site production team
- Providing high quality after sales service to our customers
- Complete all defects, service calls and warranty claims that are covered under warranty to ensure they are completed correctly in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Vehicle required
- Ability to complete service calls (such as painting, framing, manual labor etc.,)
