Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Communicate with site supervisors and sub-trades
- Visit jobsites regularly to ensure all parties are aligned on project objectives and progress
- Correspond with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to ensure pricing on change orders is reasonable and consistent with client needs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (5+ years) in construction project management (ideally commercial/industrial)
- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced office environment
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with construction management software, specifically Procore and Planswift
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
